The project “Dialogue and Mediation in Trade Unions”, funded by the Olof Palme International Center, aims to develop effective mechanisms for addressing conflicts within labor frameworks by training members in dialogue and mediation skills. The goal is to foster mutual understanding and create a stable and sustainable work environment.

The project also seeks to advance the establishment of specialized negotiation units capable of intervening in labor disputes and resolving them professionally, balancing the interests of both workers and employers, while contributing to the promotion of civil peace and stability .in the Palestinian labor market.
