The project “Platforms for National Dialogue: Towards Palestinian Unity and a Shared Vision” aims to promote a culture of dialogue and civic participation among Palestinians in the West Bank by building the capacities of 18 participants from local community organizations across three regions (north, central, and south). The goal is to enable them to facilitate dialogue on public affairs and to form a core group of “dialogue multipliers” within their communities.
The project includes the implementation of three opinion surveys and nine community dialogue sessions engaging more than 135 participants, including experts, decision-makers, youth, and representatives of community-based organizations. These sessions aim to discuss pressing social issues and exchange community-driven solutions and initiatives. Additionally, the project will carry out a digital media campaign to raise public awareness and highlight community challenges and dialogue-based solutions.
Through this project, Ta’awon for Conflict Resolution seeks to promote social cohesion and civil peace, creating safe spaces for constructive dialogue among different segments of society, and fostering a unified Palestinian vision grounded in mutual understanding and cooperation.
